Grand Hyatt in Kuala Lumpur redefines luxury and hospitality at the highest level. Every aspect of our stay was absolutely extraordinary, from the professionalism of the staff to the fine details in the room design. Service – The Gem of This Place From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and an unparalleled level of dedication. The reception team, pool staff, waiters, and even the concierge – everyone radiated kindness and served us with genuine passion. The service was incredibly responsive, fulfilling our requests in record time – often in under five minutes! Cuisine – A True Culinary Journey The hotel offers an outstanding gastronomic experience. Breakfasts were a feast in themselves – the variety of cuisines and flavours from around the world was astonishing. Thirty8 delighted us with sophisticated dishes, while JP Teres on the ground floor served mouthwatering Malaysian specialities that truly pampered our taste buds. Special recognition goes to Chef Mohamad Nazib Omar, who not only prepared exquisite Malaysian dishes for us but also personally ensured that every detail was perfect, capping the evening with an unforgettable dessert. Rooms – Comfort with a View Our spacious, impeccably clean room with breathtaking views of Petronas Towers was the perfect retreat for relaxation. The comfortable furnishings and attention to detail made us feel right at home but with an added touch of luxury. Atmosphere – Luxury Without Pretense What sets Grand Hyatt apart from other hotels is its lack of formal stiffness. The friendly and warm atmosphere made us feel both relaxed and special. Despite the top-tier service standards, the hotel maintains an incredibly welcoming vibe. Without a doubt, this is the best hotel we have ever stayed in, and we have traveled extensively around the world. Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur is a model of perfection and a place we will undoubtedly return to. Thank you for creating unforgettable memories!

We really liked how the space inside the room was structured. Respect to the architect! We have traveled to over 70 countries, and we have never seen such a convenient, functional, and beautiful organization of a room space of 47 m². We didn’t even want to leave this room—it was so cozy and home-like. The same can be said about the pool, which looks like an architectural masterpiece! The greenery and palm trees create a sense of closeness to nature, which is so necessary in a metropolis. The main restaurant, located on the 38th floor, is also very well-structured: the placement of tables along the panoramic windows allows all guests to enjoy not only the food but also the surrounding views. The breakfasts are good. We were pleasantly surprised and delighted by the area with fresh greens presented in pots—you can cut the freshest leaves yourself with scissors! This is incredible and greatly appreciated by guests who follow a healthy and balanced diet. In Kuala Lumpur, we stayed at three hotels (Mandarin Oriental and Shangri-La), but Grand Hyatt impressed us the most. From now on, we will only stay here. 😉

Fabulous hotel in the heart of KLCC! The city skyline views from the 38th-floor restaurant directly below the hotel reception are a sight to behold. The room that my wife and I stayed in (King Room with Tower View) has excellent views of KLCC. The room is very large and clean. The bed is large and comfortable. The bathroom is well-equipped and has a bathtub as well as a privacy screen that can be activated with a switch. The room has a separate toilet that is situated opposite the bathroom. The swimming pool is modern, well-designed, and located next to a Barbie Cafe, which only accepts pre-bookings. The gym looked clean and well-equipped despite not having had the time to use it. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay there. Overall, an excellent hotel that is totally worth the price paid.

The property’s location is superb as it is right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. Its facilities were as described, very good. The staff at the property were all very nice and friendly, you never felt awkward when requiring assistance. They would all approach you with a smile, it was very welcoming and comfortable. I’m also fond of how the property closes and ‘hides’ their bar during breakfast, as to make the environment very family friendly. The food at Thirty8 is also all very tasty, so if you’re thinking of staying here, I recommend paying for the included breakfast. I also opted for the Afternoon Tea, you have to pay extra at around 70rm per person, but it was definitely a delightful experience that you don’t often get.

This was one of our best stays ever. The whole staff was absolutely amazing and accomodating. Each time we went to wait for our grab, the employees at the door held open the car door and helped us call the elevator everytime they noticed us entering the building. We felt like kings. Room service was always amazing and never forgot anything. Our room was spacious and the view onto the Petronas Twin Towers and the Taman KLCC was a delight. The bathroom was huge with a separate shower and bath space. Bed was comfy. Even the prices for the minibar were very cheap, but everything in Malaysia is very afforable if you are coming from Europe.
