Fabulous hotel in the heart of KLCC! The city skyline views from the 38th-floor restaurant directly below the hotel reception are a sight to behold. The room that my wife and I stayed in (King Room with Tower View) has excellent views of KLCC. The room is very large and clean. The bed is large and comfortable. The bathroom is well-equipped and has a bathtub as well as a privacy screen that can be activated with a switch. The room has a separate toilet that is situated opposite the bathroom. The swimming pool is modern, well-designed, and located next to a Barbie Cafe, which only accepts pre-bookings. The gym looked clean and well-equipped despite not having had the time to use it. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay there. Overall, an excellent hotel that is totally worth the price paid.

This was one of our best stays ever. The whole staff was absolutely amazing and accomodating. Each time we went to wait for our grab, the employees at the door held open the car door and helped us call the elevator everytime they noticed us entering the building. We felt like kings. Room service was always amazing and never forgot anything. Our room was spacious and the view onto the Petronas Twin Towers and the Taman KLCC was a delight. The bathroom was huge with a separate shower and bath space. Bed was comfy. Even the prices for the minibar were very cheap, but everything in Malaysia is very afforable if you are coming from Europe.

Lovely staff were very helpful in answering any questions I had about the area or how to use hotel facilities. The breakfast was varied, with Malaysian, western and continental options. Some items were rotated, whilst others were consistently available. My particular room had a lovely view of the towers, with view of the waterworks show that occurs in front of it. It's a short walk to visit the towers yourself if you would prefer.

Excellent breakfast, it is hard to imagine better. Comfortable bed. A lot of space in the room. Very convenient check-in/check-out process. Coffee machine in the room. Nice views!

Centrally located in KL city centre in between the famous Petronas Twin Towers & KL Convention Centre. Free shuttle or buggy rides would be better considering hot & humid wheather and people with kids or limited mobility. Lobby located in Level 39 served by express lifts from the Ground Floor. It's a bit awkward to be so high up to check-in then go down to your room using different elevator. It would also be troublesome to go back to Ground Floor when you have to go high up to change lifts. Room's size is huge considering its location really value for money with ample mineral water in room and top notch quality lines and facilities Breakfast spread at Thity8 is to die for! Freshly baked bread & pastries paired with good coffee & eggs really make your day. Local food are equally delish

Best hotel we have stayed in (7 nigjts in May2023) - amazing location in KL (connected to Suria KLCC via underpass and Pavillion mall via overpass - all walkable and pram friendly) - hotel staff was ready to serve and with care which was more impressive given the fact that the hotel was fully booked - the room and the buffets were nothing short of AMAZING(!!!!!) and the 360 degree views were breathtaking (especially at night when the Petrona Twin Towers are lit up to showcase its glory). Our 2 kids under 5 loved it too!! I will not be looking at any other hotels when I return back to KL and neither should you - if available then book the Grand Hyatt - trust me you won’t go wrong!

Great facilities, convenience of it all, amazing location! Enjoyed the pool area, beautiful trees surrounding the pool side. Check in and concierge staff were great!

I stayed one night a day after Christmas and many guests as expected. Surprisingly I not feel the hotel overcrowded especially in the breakfast area because well coordinated by the hotel. Staff - Friendly and helpful. The front desk staff told me that our room has been upgraded to grand suite room. Many thanks for that! Room - This is totally beyond my expectation. It was spacious divided by living hall, toilet and room. This suite room was overlooking Twin Towers. Beautiful view especially during night. The pillow and mattress was comfy. The deco and furnitures a bit dated compared, but still classy. Shower room - The rain shower was amazing. Enjoying our drinks in bath rub while watching Twin Towers was magnificent. Breakfast - This is the gold. The breakfast spread was delicious and brilliant! From our Malaysian menu, to western and oriental cuisines are all perfect. Even though the kitchen concept is open, there is no cooking smells stick on your clothes. Overall, perfect 10 I rated for this hotel. Definitely will come again!
